Enrollment Solution
Utilizing our proprietary Benefit Administration System, Doyle Alliance Group offers a total benefits enrollment solution to our clients. Your company will have a great deal of flexibility with how the system is utilized. Whether enrollment changes are done telephonically through the call center, input directly by employees in the Benefit Administration System, or fed on a regular basis into our system form your HRIS system, your convenience and flexibility are the foundations. The system has EDI feeds built in for all the major carriers, ensuring data transfer is accurate and HIPAA compliant. Our system can act as the system of record for your benefits enrollment and can be customized to accommodate almost any HR field that you require. The system integrates with payroll and COBRA as well, and will allow you to consolidate employees' personal, dependent, benefit elections and other data in one system with a single point of entry.
Open Enrollment Coordination/Processing
Using our system, employees can complete an enrollment form by calling into the call center or by enrolling on-line through a custom-designed website.
Once the enrollment is received and processed, our system stores all employee data electronically for immediate retrieval in the event of an employee inquiry. We also utilize a tracking database to ensure that all enrollments have been returned and completed. These reports are checked regularly to ensure the accurate and timely production of ID cards.
Open Enrollment Report File Preparation
When open enrollment is completed and all benefit election data has been gathered, our team will prepare electronic files for interface in your payroll system. When possible, we will provide an electronic file to your insurance carriers. If an electronic feed is not available, we will work with your insurance carriers to supply enrollment in the most efficient way available.
Ongoing Enrollment
Our system is available to support the employee needs throughout the plan year. The toll-free benefit hotline will remain available to all employees throughout the plan year. The web-based enrollment options identified previously also will be available to employees if you desire.
Ongoing Change Processing
Our team supports change processing during the plan year, including almost all life events and status changes. Reports of these changes are forwarded to Human Resources at agreed upon intervals. If a client prefers, Human Resources also can serve as the starting point for initiating changes.
