Call Center
If selected as a desired service, DAG will provide our clients with toll-free telephone access to our benefits specialists. Employees can inquire about their benefits using this service. The toll-free access to live specialists is typically available during normal business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday). When employees dial our call center, they will be routed to trained experts who understand their specific plan and are ready to assist and serve them. Every representative has access to current plan and employee information. As a standard feature, our staff will provide assistance with all claim situations, working with employees and carriers to solve complex issues. Our call center also assists employees with problem resolution, enrollment questions and benefit inquiries. The call center staff is trained to work on an issue until it is fully resolved, bringing in all parties required to get the job done.
Additionally, when your employees speak with a member of our call center team, they will be dealing with a professional who has had years of experience specific to their job duties.
